Daysan® is a company that is dedicated to the production of sanitary and epidemiological protection material that was born in Spain as a result of the pandemic caused by COVID-19. Faced with an unprecedented health emergency and the dangerous foreign dependence of the population and the Spanish health system being exposed, a group of businessmen, based in Andalusia, decided to unite and create a surgical mask factory in Seville, Spain.

Daysan®'s commitment is firm: to manufacture Spanish surgical masks, 100% made in Spain, using top quality materials from national suppliers. We also collaborate with the Leitat Technological Center laboratory of reference in Spain to control the microbiological and biocompatibility tests of our masks.

Our technical-sanitary division ensures that our production chain strictly complies with the sanitary standards regulated on the one hand and with regard to surgical masks as a medical device (PS), by Directive 93/42 / CEE and the UNE standard EN14683, and on the other hand, regarding non-reusable hygienic masks, by the UNE 0064 standard. All our masks are certified by the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS), they have the certificate of Manufactured in Spain and the European marking (CE).

Our factory is located in Seville and has state-of-the-art machinery that has also been manufactured in Spain. We follow strict quality, safety and hygiene protocols. We currently have a production of 60,000 masks per day. More than 1,500,000 masks made in Spain per month.
